N3110-S 12V 110Ah Marine Starting Battery with NMEA 2000 is a Lithium Ion battery for the angler who will accept no compromises in a starting battery. The N3310-S is our most advanced Marine engine start battery. The N3310-S combines all the features of the M3310-S and adds the embedded BM-21 battery monitor. The result is a 32 lb Lithium Pros 12V 110Ah Marine Starting Battery that is an amazing upgrade to any 12V group 31 AGM battery. It is also the world's first series of lithium-ion batteries to directly connect to the NMEA 2000 network.
BM-21 Embedded Battery Monitor
The BM-21 Embedded battery monitor is NMEA 2000 certified and features a micro port on the battery. It is directly addressable on the NMEA 2000 network and it is "plug and play" with all NMEA 2000 multi-function displays. The BM-21 reports all required PGNs as well as the three standard battery related PGNs: 127506,, 127508, 127513, as well as alert PGN 126983. Simply select the individual battery from the NMEA 2000 device list and configure it.
This puts the individual battery voltage, current, time remaining, state of charge, and temperature the network. In addition, the BM-21 also records warnings and alerts events with a real time/date stamp. Also, cumulative lifetime amp-hours are recorded. This information is available on the option OLED display. (N series batteries with a "D" part number suffix include this display. The N3110-SD includes the OLED display.)
Storing energy in a Lithium Ion battery is one thing. Starting an engine and charging from an alternator is quite another. This fully integrated digital battery management system ensures long life and trouble free service all safely sealed inside a lightweight box. This battery features 1000 Marine Crank Amps (eq) and will have no trouble starting most conventional outboard engines on the market today. It can safely be used with any outboard charging system including: Mercury, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki.
This 12V 132Ah Marine Starting Battery has a whopping 260 minutes of reserve capacity, the highest on the market in a Group 31 case. This is the battery of choice for boats with multiple 12" graphs with pro anglers using this battery with up to five graphs running simultaneously.
Having trouble with the graphs resetting during an engine crank? The high power Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry used in this battery holds a higher voltage as it is discharged eliminating this "reset" issue. Avoid going to two 12V lead acid batteries when moving to 12" graphs by choosing Lithium Pros.
Charging is simple because your existing 12V AGM battery compatible charger will work fine. *Recharge times vary based on the size of the charger, outboard run time, and charging system but most anglers tell us they are "green light" on the charger before they go to sleep!
Note: Not for use in series to make higher voltage packs, 12V systems only.
7 year warranty, 4 year free replacement
110 ampere hours (Ah). Lithium Pros batteries provide consistent power for all 110 amp hours. LP LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.
1410 Watt-hours (Wh)
ENGINE STARTING POWER
Lithium battery equivalent to 1,500 Marine Cranking Amps (MCA) of lead acid battery engine starting power. Suitable for automotive and other applications. Marine Outboards: can safely be used with any outboard charging system including: Honda, Suzuki, all Mercury and all Yamaha.
CHARGE VIA ALTERNATOR
Drop in replacement for lead acid and AGM starter batteries for vehicles. Compatible with all outboards and alternators.
13” L x 6.81” W x 8.43” H.
Group 31 equivalent, LBS aluminum battery trays available on our website.
F12 terminals (posts that screw in) with M8 size bolts.
Up to 80% capacity for 2,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 500 cycles. LP batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.
100A max continuous discharge
14.4 V recommended, 14.6V max. 12V AGM battery compatible chargers will work fine. Ensure float voltage is 13.5V or less and the charger never exceeds 14.6V. Do not "de-sulfate" any lithium ion battery.
Contains a circuit that handles cell balancing, low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection and high temperature protection for increased performance and longer life.
